Politics: Just last evening I thought of asking boarders for a list of 5 favourites and here I find that you have done just that !!!! Quite a surprise,especially the number of scrips.Here i go with my favourites.

GIC housing Finance is on the waiting list.

Suprajit should grow at 40-50 % for the next 4 yrs.One of the finest companies in the auto ancillary sector.has the highest profit margin and an ascending RONW.Highest RONW in the industry. Investor friendly,distributes 35- 40 % of profits as dividend.

Tvs motor has a small stake and so does sundaram mutual fund.Ultramarine has an excellent management with a 40 yr trackrecord.One of the most investor friendly companies in India.Now into BPO and venturing into software.Zero debt,150 % dividend.Should grow at 60 - 70 for the next 3 yrs.

Kamath hotels will grow well as they are executing management contracts.Orchid,Rodas,and Lotus Suites are all doing well.Now launching Kamfotel,a budget concept.This will do well inspite of competition form indione(taj) and hometel as kamats has pioneered cost cutting measures in India.TVS Finance is the dark horse in the TVS stable.With fresh infusion of preference capital from TVS Motors this one should turnaround within 6 months to 1 yr.It is likely to capture the two wheeler finance segment of Tvs Motor Co.

I like SUprajit and Ultramarine from your list. TVS being a Chennai Brahmin company is unfancied in the Gujju/Marwari Operator cartel, who are neccessary to ramp up even a good stock just like they do to penny stocks :)

Kamath Hotels has two major disadvantages. No Non veg food and no bar. Else it is a certain multibagger.Let me pore over once more and make the top 30. 1 lakh in these should become 5 lakhs in 3 years. Cheers!
